Support via email to (Bill Meier) is available for one year from date of purchase. Please include the following information:

• System and version (i.e. Windows XP)
• Name and version of your Web browser (i.e Internet Explorer version 6.0)
• A description of your problem. If any error messages are generated, please include them.

Lost your registration key? You can request a copy by email using this form.

Updates:

Additional updates are planned which must be downloaded from the Internet and will be available at no additional cost. The list of updates may include:

• Price Guide Browser improvements based on feedback received
• An "Insulator Arial" font compatible with Mac computers
• Inclusion of Commemoratives, Miniatures, Salesman's samples, etc.
• Additional features such as the ability to view cross section images of the various CDs
• A version for Pocket PC's or other PDA devices

Updates will NOT include any price changes or additional listings. The data is and will remain the same as that in the hard copy 2007 Price Guide.
